What is the LLC Activity Fee?
It is $100 a semester that residents pay to live at Collins.

What is the difference between LLC money and BOG money?
The Living Learning Center is funded by the LLC Activity Fee and by the College of Arts and Sciences. It is unique to Collins and provides the extra educational/artistic parts. Most of the groups that work with this money are open to all students as voting members. The BOG is made up of students elected by their floors. $12.85 per year per resident is given out of a fee that all students (across campus) pay to live in the residence halls.

Can I get money from more than one council for the same project?
Yes, as long as both councils know about it. You should always disclose all your funding sources whenever you ask a council for support.

        What is Fee Committee?
Fee Committee is made up of the Fee Committee Chair, president of Collins, CC chair, AC chair, BOEP chair, Philanthropy Director, Residence Manager, and Director of Collins. At the beginning of the year, they create a budget to distribute the LLC Activity Fee to the different councils and groups in Collins. They also make amendments to the budget as needed throughout the year, create policies for spending money, approve the purchase of large equipment, and are the place for dialogue between the different councils. They meet as needed.

Once my funding is approved, how do I spend it?
The council that funds your proposal will tell you how to access the money.
